What type of showerhead and docking system do I have?

I can’t screw the new hose on the water outlet of the vacuum breaker

I can’t remove the hose from the vacuum breaker’s hole

I can’t unscrew the hose from the vacuum breaker water outlet

I can’t access the hose to install the new one

The Water Saver does not fit in the vacuum breaker

I have a water leak when I turn on my showerhead. What should I do?

My installation sheet doesn’t match my showerhead/backwash
